Shipping::

when placing a craft order (such as crochet pieces or a shirt design) please allow 3-7 Business Days for the production of your order

Due to Covid 19 and the increase in the postal service delays, please allow 7-10 Business Days for your order to be delivered. 

 

Returns and Refunds::

we DO NOT offer refunds!

If the product you’ve ordered needs to be returned (due to sizing, wrong color, etc.) please send the order back in the mail and write us a email with your order number AND the returning tracking number. 

Once the order has been returned, we can get started on your replacement order..
